Presentation

Fell off a horse onto right elbow. Now has persistent medial elbow pain.

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Male

Swelling and increased T2 signal in the ulnar (medial) collateral ligament, indicating partial disruption. Note more chronic swelling and abnormal T2 signal in the common extensor origin, indicating tendinopathy.
