Typical appearance of allergic fungal sinusitis with unilateral involvement is noted. The involved sinuses are expanded, and the material is centrally dense with a peripheral rim of low attenuation. The left ostiomeatal complex is obstructed. Note that there is no bone destruction or soft tissue involvement.
