Presentation
Presented initially for CT myelogram for investigation of an 18-month history of lumbar back pain and right lower limb L5 radiculopathy. Day 1 following the CT procedure, the patient complained of global headache (relieved upon lying down), left ear deafness and dizziness. GCS 15 and unremarkable neurological examination. Past history of warfarin for mitral valve annuloplasty and mechanical mitral valve replacement,
