Presentation

Left inguinal swelling for four years. Presents with pain for a few weeks.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male
ultrasound

Left inguinal hernia is seen during supine and standing Valsalva maneuver. 


Hernia passes deep to inferior epigastric vessels. Fat and urinary bladder are noted in hernia.
Hernia is reducible.
