What is the diagnosis?
Hydatiform mole- most likely complete due to absence of fetal parts.
What are the most common associated chromosomal abnormalities?
Complete mole: 46XX or 46 XY; Partial mole: 69XXY,69XYY.
The uterus is markedly enlarged with presence of echogenic contents and multiple small cystic areas within the uterine cavity. Both ovaries are enlarged and show multiple cysts within them with few showing fluid debris levels likely due to hemorrhage within the cysts.
