Greyscale and color Doppler ultrasound shows a mildly heterogenous left testis with reduced color flow, a bulky and congested epididymis, and a mild hydrocele .
Spectral Doppler shows high resistance flow in left testis with diastolic reversal, while the right testis shows normal low resistance flow.
Case Discussion
Incomplete torsion may result in altered testicular flow pattern including high resistance index (>0.75) or to-and-fro flow.
