Abnormal Screening mammogram. No clinical complaints. Familiy history of breast cancer, sister at the age of 59.
Body was added:

Ultrasound guided biopsy was performed on the right side. Histology showed invasive ductal carcinoma (no special type, NST).

Vacuum-assisted core biopsy was performed on the left side. Histology showed ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS).

Findings:

In the superior visualisation onright breast, at 12 o'clock, there is a round, spiculated, high density mass of 17 mm in diameter.

In the digital left breast tomosynthesis. Histology confirmed NST, at 8 o'clock, there are suspicious calcifications.

In the right breast, at 12 o'clock, there is a spiculated mass of 12 mm in diameter. Colour Doppler showed hypervascularzation in the margins. Shear wave elastography showed very high values in the margins.
