Hip pain. Atraumatic.

Patient Data

Age: 80 years
Gender: Male

Transverse basicervical pathological fracture of the left proximal femur with shortening and medial angulation. Diffuse sclerotic metastatic disease. The patient has a history of prostate malignancy.
