Inserted nasogastric tube passes into a left lower lobe bronchus. This should be removed and repositioned. The left IJ CVC remains in situ. There are hazy airspace opacities within bilateral lower zones.
Case Discussion
Bronchial positioning of nasogastric tubes is a recognized complication, and is important to recognize and reposition prior to use of the tube.
