There is an irregular-shaped tubular hyperechoic area in the head region of the pancreas while scanning the empty stomach. The rim of pancreatic parenchyma is present surrounding this. With water intake, fluid and air are seen in this area.
There is the presence of periportal cuffing with few reactive periportal nodes.
Gall bladder shows an edematous wall with a collapsed lumen without calculus.
The main pancreatic duct shows a normal caliber. The common bile duct could not be localized.
