Small bowel obstruction with calcified gallstone within the small bowel. 

Case Discussion

Gallstone ileus occurs in the setting of chronic cholecystitis or following multiple ERCPs. Risk increases with age.

Classical findings: small bowel obstruction, gas in biliary tree and large ectopic gallstone (Rigler triad). Other findings: collapsed gallbladder, gas in gallbladder.
