4 chamber view reveals a 5th room close to the right atrium and right ventricle. There is a connection between the right atrium and the aneurysm.
Case Discussion
Atrial aneurysms are rare entities. Left-sided aneurysms are more common than right. Left-sided atrial aneurysms may be relevant with atrial arrhythmias. Right-sided atrial aneurysms can be complicated by fetal hydrops.
