Presentation

Dorsal hand hit door.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

There is a subtle undisplaced fracture of the base of the third metacarpal. Minor dorsal soft tissue swelling. No further fracture identified. Carpal alignment is anatomical.

Incidental bone island in the distal radius.
