Recurrent abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 4 years
Gender: Male
mri

Fusiform dilatation of the upper and mid portion of CBD  mounting to cyst formation measuring about 3 x 2 cm in diameter.

Prominent intrahepatic biliary ductules. No evidence of biliary stones or strictures along their course.
