Pain in both knees.

Gender: Female

Knees X-ray

x-ray

Bilateral mild tibiofemoral compartment joint space narrowing. Tibiofemoral bilateral osteophyte formations. 

Bilateral severe patellofemoral compartment joint space narrowing with patellar subchondral sclerosis, more evident on the left. Patellofemoral osteophytes.

Bilateral suprapatellar joint effusion, more evident on the left.
