Gender: Male

Comminuted intra-articular fracture of the distal radius. Carpal alignment is normal. Mild degenerative change at the first carpometacarpal joint.

Comminuted fracture of the distal radial articular surface extending through the radial styloid process. Step deformity of the distal articular surface (lunate facet) measures a maximum of 3 mm.

Carpal bone alignment and joint spaces are preserved.

Soft tissue hematoma of the tissue surrounding the distal radial fracture.

Volar backslab in-situ.
