Presentation

Headache, dizziness and nausea. Plain abdominal CT scan shows multiple renal masses with fat attenuation (angiomyolipomas).

Calcified subependymal and subcortical tubers with sclerotic bony lesions and thickening of the bony calvarium. 

Case Discussion

This case demonstrates few features of tuberous sclerosis, namely, supependymal and subcortical calcified tubers, sclerotic bony lesions as well as thickening of calvarium.
