Increasing cough. History of lymphoma 10 years ago and asthma.
Patient Data
Areas of consolidation along with ground glass opacity involving the lingual, contiguous with the inferior lateral portion of the left upper lobe abutting the left major fissure. A similar pattern but smaller areas are identified involving the lateral segment middle lobe. Multiple centrilobular nodules, many with a tree in bud type configuration, with minor ground glass opacity are identified involving primarily the lateral aspect of the left lower lobe.

Case Discussion
The case shows left greater than right, predominantly basilar mixed consolidative airspace and patchy ground glass opacity intermixed with tree-in-bud type nodularity.
Differential diagnosis:
infectious bronchiolitis: MAC, bacterial and viruses
