Acute pain left buttock onset six weeks ago. Hamstring avulsion?

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
mri

High T2 STIR signal intensity at the left quadratus femoris muscle bordering the external obturator muscle. This is also evident on the right side to a lesser extent.

No hamstring injury present.
