Ischiofemoral impingement

High T2 STIR signal intensity at the left quadratus femoris muscle bordering the external obturator muscle. This is also evident on the right side to a lesser extent.
No hamstring injury present.
Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with ischiofemoral impingement.
