Multiple small intracerebral nodular hyperdense foci are identified in the left frontal and temporal lobes in keeping with hemorrhagic contusions. There is also a subarachnoid hemorrhagic strip along right frontotemporal transition. Remainder brain is unremarkable. No skull fractures were identified.
