Case Discussion

Breast cancer is extremely rare in adolescents and breast lumps should raise the suspicion of metastasis. This patient has a history of malignant melanoma of the occipital scalp, which was removed three years ago and regional lymph node metastasis one year later. Current imaging depicted numerous additional lesions scattered throughout the entire body indicating metastatic disease.
