What is the definition of dural ectasia?
Dural ectasia is dilatation of the dural sac. Anteroposterior diameter of the thecal sac at the S1 level greater than that of the thecal sac at the L4 level.
Stable residual aortic dissection extending from the proximal descending aorta distal to the subclavian artery all the way to the right common iliac artery. Both true and false lumen are patent. No interval worsening.
Stable long-standing sacral dural ectasia.
