There is a large well defined lobulated mass lesion showing intense contrast enhancement seen in the pituitary fossa and extending superiorly invading suprasellar cistern. The mass is causing severe compression with elevation of optic chiasma on left side. The mass is showing heterogenosly hyperintense signal on T2WI and hypointense signal on T1WI.
The pituitary gland is not visualised. The internal carotid arteries and Meckels cave are invaded on left side. There is compression of the third ventricle with mild obstructive hydrocephalus. These findings are most likely suggestive of pituitary macroadenoma.
