MRI demonstrates a lesion in the cerebellum with central high T1 signal and heterogeneous T2 signal consistent with haemorrhage. Significant portions of the lesions enhance and large flow voids are present in the periphery.
The features suggest a hemangioblastoma which was confirmed on resection.
