Shortness of breath.

Right hydropneumothorax. Innumerable bilateral pulmonary nodules. ECG leads/dots overlies the chest.

Case Discussion

This patient has a history of metastatic cancer. They underwent a thoracentesis 5 days earlier, and in this context, these findings represent trapped lung.
