There is diagnostic contrast enhancement of the pulmonary arteries. No filling defect to suggest pulmonary embolism.
The lungs are clear. No pleural or pericardial effusion. No enlarged thoracic lymph nodes.
No suspicious osseous lesions. The imaged upper abdomen is unremarkable within limits of the study.
Conclusion
No PE on good quality CTPA.
