Diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis

Large flowing and in the large part fused calcification anterior to the cervical vertebrae from C2-C7. The intervertebral disc spaces are well maintained.
No mal-alignment, but loss of the normal cervical lordosis is evident.
Case Discussion
A good example of diffuse idiopathic skeletal hyperostosis (DISH). The flowing ossifications anterior to the cervical vertebra is profound, but the disc spaces are well maintained.
