Left acetabular fossa pubic bone expansile predominantly lytic lesion with a rim of reactive sclerosis.

Left pubic bone acetabular fossa expansile predominantly lytic lesion is seen causing anterior contoural bulge eliciting hypo to isointense on T1 and isointense to hyperintense signal on T2 weighted images. On post contrast enhancement it showed avid enhancement.
