Dilated fluid filled appendix in the right lower quadrant. The wall is thin and contains a focus of hyperechogenicity with twinkle artifact. Surrounding fat is normal. No peri-appendiceal fluid or collection.

Dilated fluid filled appendix with a thin wall and small mural calcification. The surrounding fat is normal. Small volume of hypodense ascites.
