Presentation

About three months pain in the sacral region in patient with ulcerative colitis

Patient Data

Age: 38
Gender: Female

Bilateral sclerosis along the sacroiliac joints, most noticeable on the left side.

Bilaterally, in particular on the left side, there is STIR signal hyperintensity of the articular surfaces of the sacroiliac joints with related inflammatory erosions and modest joint effusion. Incidental L5 vertebral hemangioma.
