Age: 7 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

In both the tibial and fibular shafts are expansile, predominantly lucent lesions with some ground-glass matrix. No periosteal reaction. No pathological fracture. 

Case Discussion

Polyostotic fibrous dysplasia (FD) is less common than monostotic FD. It is often unilateral and confined to one limb with the tibia being a very common location.
