Atraumatic knee pain

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Round osteolysis (1 cm) surrounded by sclerosis at the superior pole of the patella.

mri

Benign osteochondral lesion laterally on the superior pole of the patella. There is bone marrow edema on the medial side of the patella.
There is no joint effusion.
