The sagittal T1 and FLAIR sequences show a hyperintense suprasellar mass with irregular shape. The lesion saturates on the fat saturated T1 in keeping with a lipoma.
Case Discussion
The case demonstrates an incidental finding of a suprasellar mass with the characteristics of a lipoma. This localization is one of the well known of intracranial lipoma. No other abnormalities were found.
