mri

17mm lesion dorsal aspect of the clivus, exophytic into the pre pontine cistern, compatible with ecchordosis physaliphora.

Supratentorial and infratentorial demyelination in keeping with known MS.

Case Discussion

Findings in keeping with ecchordosis physaliphora.

(Incidental finding - routine MS follow-up).
