- right-sided aorta arising from the right ventricle and the main pulmonary artery arising from the left ventricle consistent with D loop transposition of the great arteries
- dilated ascending segment and arch of the aorta
- small pulmonary arteries due to infundibular pulmonary stenosis
- ventricular septal defect
- left-sided liver
- right-sided stomach and spleen
