Serpiginous sclerotic medullary bone lesions are found around both knees.
No signs of osteolytic changes.
Lateral tibial plateau fracture in the left knee.

Typical radiographic features of bone infarctions are seen around both knee joints:
- medullary lesions
- serpiginous borders
- most common in metaphyses
- often symmetrical and/or multiple infarcts
