Frontal
Uterus is small in size and shows irregular outline with tiny diverticulae.
Irregular borders and beaded appearance noted in both the fallopian tubes with obstruction at distal isthmic portion with 'golf club' appearance.
No peritoneal spillage is seen on either side.
Imaging features are most likely suggestive of genital tuberculosis.
