There is a large dense joint effusion.
There is an avulsion of the anterior tibial spine, consistent with a likely anterior cruciate ligament avulsion injury.
A 2nd small linear, vertically oriented fragment of bone at the lateral aspect of lateral tibial plateau consistent with an associated Segond fracture.
