History of head and neck squamous cell cancer 12 years ago. History of radiation therapy and chemotherapy.

 Hilar, mediastinal and parenchymal calcification.

Calcified abdominal lymph nodes.

One should go through the differential of calcified lymph nodes mentally and based on provided history use the best one as the top one.

The differential diagnosis is given SCC of head and neck: calcified treated lymph nodes 1-3.
