Presentation

Cyanosis since birth.

Patient Data

Age: 5 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

The cardiac apex elevated suggestive of right ventricular enlargement. The main pulmonary artery segment is concave. Right-sided aortic arch is demonstrated. There is decreased pulmonary vascularity (pulmonary oligemia).
