Empty endometrial canal. Both ovaries are normal.
Thin walled, right adnexal cyst ( gestational sac ) with an embryo without cardiac activity. There is small amount of free fluid with echoes in pelvis, right adnexa.

Case Discussion
Laparotomy was done. It was an ectopic pregnancy in left tube in contrast to the ultrasound finding of right adnexal pathology.
