Lower abdominal pain of 1 day duration in a patient with 6 to 7 weeks of amenorrhea. Urine pregnancy test is positive.

There is an anechoic cyst in left adnexa abutting left ovary. It shows thick echogenic wall. It contains a tiny yolk sac and a fetal pole without cardiac activity.
Both ovaries show normal echopattern.
There is an empty endometrial cavity.
There is no free fluid in pelvis.
