Other ancillary findings in this case include arterially enhancing focal liver lesions in a cirrhotic liver with splenomegaly, right pleural effusion and small bowel venous congestion. The portovenous images (not included) demonstrated washout in the hepatic lesions in keeping with heptaocellular carcinoma.
