Recurrent severe headache, exclude space occupying lesion.

Patient Data

Age: 20
Gender: Male

Axial noncontrast CT images.

There is a solitary hyperdense structure in the anterior aspect of the third ventricle, most diagnostic of a colloid cyst. No obstructive hydrocephalus at the time of imaging.
