No evidence of fracture or malalignment.
On the internal rotation projection, a pseudolesion with a thin sclerotic border and radiolucent center is seen in the humeral head; this disappears in the other two projections.
Case Discussion
This pseudolesion should not be mistaken for a lytic bone lesion.
