Known case of abdominal aortic aneurysm. Presented with persistent abdominal pain.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male

There is an infrarenal fusiform abdominal aortic aneurysm with a maximum diameter of 5.8 cm. Linear contrast infiltration from the aneurysm lumen through the intramural thrombus is demonstrated indicative of thrombus fissuration.
