The patient proceeded to mandibular biopsy.

Histopathology:

MICROSCOPIC DESCRIPTION: Multiple fragments of compact bone with attached cellular fibroblastic tissue composed of disorganised spindle and epithelioid cells with focal ossification. No necrosis or mitotic activity is identified. The features extend to the biopsy edges.
