Plantar fascia calcification

Gross calcification/ossification on the plantar aspect of the foot along the line of the plantar fascia. Note ossification in the distal Achilles tendons on both sides.
Case Discussion
Plantar fascia calcification is usually confined to the fascial insertion but in this case extends along the length of the fascia bilaterally.
