There is moderate narrowing predominantly involving the medial tibio-femoral and significant narrowing of the lateral patellofemoral compartments.
There are moderate marginal osteophytes. There is mild subchondral sclerosis on the right and left. There is moderate pointing of the tibial spines on the right and left. There is a moderate joint effusion on the right and left.
There is varus deformity at the knee.
