Drug overdose and a hypoxic arrest.

One week post cardiac arrest

The globus pallidi bilaterally are of low density. The punctate hyperdensity on right is a preexistent calcification. 

Also, note that the white matter of the frontal lobes is of low density.

Normal grey-white differentiation is noted.
